Envia Consultancy, Inc. is a DENR-Accredited Training Institution for Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training (COR No. 2024-21-R).
Based on the directive from the DENR-EMB Central Office dated 04 September 2024, PCO training institutions must conduct face-to-face training sessions to ensure a more immersive experience for the participants. With this, we are shifting back to on-site trainings.
40-Hour Basic Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training
Pursuant to DENR Administrative Order No. 2014-02 (citing Letter of Instructions No. 588), all entities discharging or emitting pollutants are required to designate a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) who shall be a technical person knowledgeable in pollution control or environmental protection. In order to get accredited, the designated PCO shall be able to complete a Basic PCO Training Course by an EMB-recognized training organization.
8-Hour Environmental Training for Managing Heads
Pursuant to DENR Administrative Order No. 2014-02 (citing Letter of Instructions No. 588), Managing Heads are required to attend an Environmental Management Training Course conducted by an EMB-recognized training institution. The one-day training aims to educate managing heads of establishments about the different environmental concepts and regulations that can help them better manage their company operations and comply with the requirements set forth by the DENR-EMB.

Registration fees paid are non-refundable nor creditable.
In accordance with EMB Memorandum Circular No. 2020 – 29, only 100 participants can be accommodated per training. Envia Consultancy follows a 'first come, first served' policy. Those who cannot be accommodated in their preferred schedule will receive a second e-mail advising them of the next available schedule.
Accomplishment of the registration form does not mean confirmation of your slot. Your registration is only confirmed once we receive a copy of your deposit slip. A confirmation email will be sent to those who have successfully paid prior to the training schedule.
For On-Site/Face-to-Face trainings, training meals will be provided.

(Any of the following shall be considered)
Filipino citizen, of legal age, with good moral character, and mentally and physically health;
Full-time employee of the establishment where he/she is being appointed/designated as PCO; AND
Has completed the Basic PCO Training Course by an EMB-recognized training organization/institution within the last three (3) years
Graduate of any related technical course
Had reached third year in tertiary level education
Had been with the establishment for at least three (3) years in a supervisory position or in a responsible position or equivalent experience
Licensed engineers/chemists with at least two (2) years relevant experience in environmental management
Professionals in the field of engineering or physical and natural sciences with at least three (3) years relevant experience in environmental management
Other professionals of appropriate discipline with at least five (5) years relevant experience in environmental management

What are the inclusions of the training?
Certificate of Completion which is required for PCO Accreditation
Electronic copies of modules + other relevant documents will be given to the participants.
How do you deliver the training?
Starting 2025, some PCO and MH trainings will be delivered face-to-face, in accordance with the letter from DENR-EMB dated 04 September 2024.
Is there a deadline for payment?
We implement a payment-first policy. Thus, the reservation of slots for your chosen training date depends on the availability of slots.
How many hours per day are allotted for training?
For the PCO Training, the topics are spread among four (4) training days (10 hours/day) for face-to-face and five (5) training days (8 hours/day) for online.
For the Managing Head Training, all the topics will be covered in one day (8 hours).
Will the official receipt be released once payment is settled?
Yes, the official receipt, together with the certificate of completion, will be issued on the last day of the training. In case you want to receive a copy of the receipt in advance, you may email us at enviapco@gmail.com.

Participants are encouraged to process their own accreditation through pco.emb.gov.ph. However, templates and a list of requirements will be given to the participants together with the soft copy of the certificate and official receipts.
