• Registration fees paid are non-refundable nor creditable.

• In accordance with EMB Memorandum Circular No. 2020 – 29, only 100 participants can be accommodated per training. Envia Consultancy follows a 'first come, first served' policy. Those who cannot be accommodated in their preferred schedule will receive a second e-mail advising them of the next available schedule.

• Accomplishment of the registration form does not mean confirmation of your slot. Your registration is only confirmed once we receive a copy of your deposit slip. Zoom invites will be sent to those who have successfully paid prior to the training schedule.

• For On-Site/Face-to-Face trainings, training meals will be provided.

What training do you offer?

We only offer 40-Hour Basic Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Training and 8-Hour Environmental Training for Managing Heads.

Are you accredited by DENR-EMB?

Yes. Our registration number is COR No. 2023-27-R. You may view our Certificate of Registration at the top of this page.

What are the inclusions of the training?

Certificate of Completion which is required for PCO Accreditation

Electronic copies of modules + other relevant documents will be given to the participants.

Audio and video recordings of the 5-day course will be uploaded after the training.

How do you deliver the training?

We conduct our online training through the Zoom application.

For face-to-face PCO training, TBD

We are not located in Metro Manila/NCR. Can we still attend the training?

Yes. Since the training is conducted online, you may still attend the training regardless of your location.

Is there a deadline for payment?

We implement a payment-first policy. Thus, the reservation of slots for your chosen training date depends on the availability of slots.

Will the official receipt be released once payment is settled?

Yes. However, the official receipt will be delivered together with the certificate of completion after the training. In case you want to receive a copy in advance, you may email us at enviapco@gmail.com.

BEFORE THE TRAINING

When will I receive the Official Receipt (OR) /Certificate for this Training?

The parcel containing your certificate and official receipt will be delivered once payment is verified by our finance department.

The hard copies of your Official Receipt and Certificate will be endorsed to our partner courier within the week. Given our current situation, kindly expect delays in the delivery of the said document.

I already received the soft copy of my certificate and official receipts. However, the hard copy was not yet delivered to my preferred mailing address.

Due to the volume of parcels endorsed to our partner courier, there might be delays in the delivery of your parcel. In case you did not receive any within two weeks of receiving the soft copy of your certificates and official receipt, kindly email us at enviapco@gmail.com and we will assist you.

My parcel was not successfully delivered to my preferred mailing address. What should I do?

Parcels not successfully delivered to the address given during the training will be automatically transferred for branch pick-up. In case the parcel was disposed of by our partner courier, a fee of 500 shall be paid by the participant.

Will Envia assist us with the accreditation?

Participants are encouraged to process their own accreditation through pco.emb.gov.ph. However, templates and a list of requirements will be given to the participants together with the soft copy of the certificate and official receipts.
